These pans feel heavy and like a quality cooking pan. The pan heats up normally. I didn't notice any hot spots when cooking. As far as being Non-stick it's Stainless Steel so you will need oil or butter to keep food from sticking. I didn't notice food sticking more then normal when having a dry pan. Cleaning was easy but I don't let food burn on my pans.
