I bought this to try out with my Home Assistant to monitor an AC unit compressor. Installation was pretty straight forward as I have installed these type of devices before. It integrates with Tuya easily by activating it with the Smart life app but gives you limited information in Home Assistant. Using Tuya Local is where it shines giving you calibration and a lot more information. The only downside is if you are looking for power factor on a 220 volt you will only get one reading as there is only 1 line input into the device. It will do forward and reverse giving you info for solar production although I don't use solar. I see reviews about disconnection from WIFI but mine has a strong signal and has been solid since installation.

Seems to work ok, i have it set up in my rental unit and as far as i can tell by measuring power use for the water heater, it seems accurate. weirdly there are no electrical connections to it, you simple pass the 2 live wires through the tunnel in the unit and that's it, so very easy to work with. So far I like it , does the job I needed it for , Logging my volts or watts used per incident or daily. Excellent and accurate meter. Easy to install.

Cross-check with a mechanical meter and another electronic meter... both electronic meters had the SAME value which was 6% more than mechanical... Do not know which one is most accurate but 6% is acceptable. This was a life saver, I have a rental with no separate meter. It has a dedicated service to the place and this meter slipped on the 2 hot lines leaving the neutral out and keeps track wonderfully...now everyone knows just how much hydro they are using!

This power/energy meter seems to work well and features a DIN-mount bracket on the back of the meter as well as a multicolor display that displays the power, energy, voltage, frequency, current, and power factor. This meter is compatible with 40-300V AC and measures 0-100A on a wire installed through the meter. The meter is simple and easy to install, and the display is easy to read because the different meters are different colors and stand out from each other. I especially appreciate that all 6 meters are displayed on the same display, so the user doesn’t have to toggle through different displays to find different pieces of information about the system.
